What does PrimeDose's Async Mental Health program include?

PrimeDose’s Mental Health program is designed to provide thoughtful, ongoing mental health care tailored to you. Your care begins with an initial virtual visit, during which a licensed psychiatric provider will develop a personalized treatment plan that may include prescription medication when clinically appropriate. You’ll have unlimited secure messaging with your psychiatric provider and care coordinator, so support is always available. How long will it take for my provider to start my video visit?

Providers do their best to start visits on time, but occasionally there may be a short delay if they’re finishing care with another member. If your visit doesn’t begin exactly at your scheduled time, please stay in the virtual waiting room—your provider will join you as soon as possible. For scheduled visits, we recommend joining the waiting room 5 minutes early. For instant visits, please remain near your device so you’re ready when your provider connects.
